Customers, suppliers and employees,

Surpetrol has received reports of scammers sending an email in our name to obtain information for unknown purposes. Generally, the scam involves an email that includes our company name or name of a director. The issue has been reported to the authorities for investigation.
Customers, suppliers and employees who receive this scam email should forward it to scamemail@surpetrol.com and then delete it from their email account.
We inform you that under no circumstances Surpetrol request by an email:

  • bank deposits or transfers,
  • bank details or,
  • personal data.

If you have any doubt about the authenticity of any email received from us, please contact our company associate to verify its authenticity.
Because we are concerned about the welfare of our allies, we urge you to take extreme precautions to avoid becoming a victim of a scam.
